Amanda Bacchus,

MSW, RSW, RP, RMFT-SQ

Amanda, the founder and director of the Vaughan Relationship Centre, is a compassionate therapist who believes that all couples know how to communicate; they struggle to hear beyond emotions to understand each other fully.

With over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, Amanda understands the challenges couples face. She is passionate about working with couples to understand recurring arguments, resolve relationship injuries, overcome betrayals, and rediscover connections. Recognizing that many couples possess communication skills, misunderstandings often lead to communication issues. She aims to help couples break free from this cycle and foster more connected relationships.

Amanda acknowledges that not all couples are ready for counselling, so she created the "Don't Just Talk: Master Communication Through Understanding" course. Amanda hopes couples can learn effective communication strategies at home to help them foster happier and more connected relationships.

Amanda is a Registered Social Worker and Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario Canada. She is also a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist in Canada.
